Interim Dividend for the Second Quarter 2008

Prodesse Investment Limited has declared an interim dividend for the quarter ended 30 June 2008 of US$0.23 per share payable on 29 August 2008 to holders on the register on 15 August 2008. 

Dividends are calculated and paid in US dollars. Shareholders wishing for the conversion of dividend payments into Sterling should contact Computershare Investor Services (Channel Islands) Limited, Tel: [phone]. 

The exchange rate for payment to those who have elected to receive their dividends in Sterling will be set on 20 August 2008.
