Prodesse Investment Limited 16 February 2006 Prodesse Investment Limited ('Prodesse') 16 February 2006 Directors Dividend Investment Instruction And Dividend Reinvestment Plan The Board members of Prodesse detailed below have today notified the Company of their instructions given to their respective brokers to reinvest the dividend income from their existing Prodesse shareholdings in further Prodesse with immediate effect. These shares to be purchased on the open market. Should a DRiP be implemented, the directors named above will participate in the plan.
