In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Prodesse Investment Limited announces
that on 15 March 2007, Mr Talmai Morgan, a Non-Executive Director, informed the
Company that BH Macro Limited, of which he is a Director, was admitted to
listing and started trading on the London Stock Exchange on 14 March 2007.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to
LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Morgan.
