In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Prodesse Investment Limited announces
that on 30 November 2006, Mr Talmai Morgan, a Non-Executive Director, informed
the Company that Signet Global Fixed Income Strategies Limited, of which he is a
Director and Chairman, has been listed on the Irish Stock Exchange and admitted
to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to
LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Morgan.
