that on 23 May 2007, Mr Christopher Fish, a Non-Executive Director, informed the
Company that Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited, of which he is a Non-Executive
Director, was admitted to trading on AIM on 4 May 2007.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to
LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Fish.
