that on 7 November 2007, Mr Christopher Fish, a Non-Executive Director, became
the Chairman of Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited. This company was admitted
to trading on AIM on 28 November 2007.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to
LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Fish.
