that on 23 July 2007, Mr Christopher Fish, a Non-Executive Director, informed
the Company that he has been appointed as a Director of Third Point Offshore
Investors Limited which listed on the London Stock Exchange on the 25 July 2007.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to
LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Fish.
