In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Prodesse Investment Limited announces
that Mr Chris Sherwell, a non-executive director, has informed the company that
Saltus European Debt Strategies Limited, of which he is a non-executive
director, was admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and
started trading on the London Stock Exchange on 20 June 2007.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to
LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Sherwell.
