Directors Declaration


In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Prodesse Investment Limited announces
that on 28 June 2007, Mr John Hallam, a Non-Executive Director, informed the
Company that Genesis Emerging Markets Opportunities Fund Ltd II, of which he is
a Non-Executive Director, was admitted to trading on the Irish Stock Exchange
and that Sienna Investment Company 4 Limited, of which he is a Non-Executive
Director, was admitted to trading on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange on the
29 June 2007.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to
LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Hallam.
