PPHE announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange through Investec Bank Plc ("the Broker"). The repurchased shares will be held in treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, PPHE now holds 2,284,110 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 42,063,300 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). Each ordinary share carries one vote and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 42,063,300.

The above figure of voting rights of 42,063,300 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 as it applies in the UK (the Market Abuse Regulation), a full breakdown of the individual trades made by the Broker on behalf of the Company as part of the buy-back programme is detailed below:
