Park Plaza has today been notified of certain dealings in the Company's shares
by Elisha Flax, a non-executive director of the Company. On 16 October 2007, Mr
Flax bought 2,500 of the Company's Shares of nil par value at a price of 369.33
pence per share. Prior to this purchase, Mr Flax did not hold any shares in the
Company. Mr Flax therefore has a total interest in 2,500 shares in the Company,
representing 0.06% of the Company's current issued share capital.
