Appointment of an Alternate Director

Park Plaza Hotels Limited, owner, operator and franchisor of hotels in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, announces that Ceris Graham, aged 50, was on 22 November 2010 appointed as an alternate director for Chen Moravsky. Ms Graham resigned as an alternate director immediately following the board meeting on 22 November 2010.

Ceris has been employed by Carey Group for over 14 years and in that time has been involved as a director and/or secretary of a number of corporate structures.  She manages a diverse portfolio which is focused on assisting institutional and private clients maintain structures bespoke to their needs including the flotation and management of Guernsey companies on the London and other International Stock Exchanges.
