Porvair plc ('Porvair') - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify
the market of the following:

Porvair's capital consists of 40,698,416 ordinary shares of 2p each with voting
rights. Porvair holds no shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Porvair is 40,698,416.

The above figure of 40,698,416 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Porvair under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
