                            Director's Shareholding


The Company was notified on 25 February 2002 that Mrs Carolina Moran the wife of
Mark Moran, a director of the Company, yesterday acquired 850 ordinary shares of
2p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 199p per Ordinary Share
as part of an investment in Mrs Moran's ISA.


Following this transaction Mr Moran's beneficial interest in the Company's
issued Ordinary Share capital is 43,420 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.12
per cent. of the total issued Ordinary Share capital.
