                             Directors Shareholding



The Company was notified today that Ben Stocks, Chief Executive of the Company,
and his wife Mrs S Stocks have today acquired 4,878 ordinary shares of 2p each
in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 205p per Ordinary Share and
3,391 Ordinary Shares at a price of 202p per Ordinary Shares respectively.



Following this transaction Mr Stock's beneficial interest in the Company's
issued Ordinary Share capital has risen to 28,690 Ordinary Shares, which
represents 0.08 per cent. of the total issued Ordinary Share capital.
