                            Directors Shareholding


Mrs S Stocks the wife of Ben Stocks, Chief Executive of the Company, has today
acquired 3,360 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares')
at a price of 207p per Ordinary Share.


Following this transaction Mr Stock's beneficial interest in the Company's
issued Ordinary Share capital is 20,421 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.06
per cent. of the total issued Ordinary Share capital.
