                           Directors Share Dealings


Ben Stocks, Chief Executive of the Company, has today acquired 3,919 ordinary
shares of 2p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 174p per
Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Mr Stock's beneficial interest in the Company's
issued Ordinary Share capital is 17,061 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.05
per cent. of the total issued ordinary share capital.
