Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights
Honeycomb Investment Trust plc announces that on 19 August 2020 it repurchased into treasury 65,573 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 762.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, the Company has 39,449,919 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 3,131,721 Ordinary Shares are currently held by the Company as treasury shares. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 36,318,198.
