Pollen Street plc - Directorate Change

Pollen Street plc today announces that Lucy Tilley will join the Company as its next Chief Financial Officer. Lucy will also join the Board as an executive director.  Lucy will succeed Julian Dale, who will be stepping down from the Board and as Chief Financial Officer following the publication of the 2023 financial results and a handover period. A further announcement will be made in due course once Lucy's start date has been confirmed.

Lucy is joining Pollen Street from Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) Plc ("MAB"), where she has been Finance Director since 2015 and Chief Financial Officer since 2019.  Prior to this, Lucy was a director in the corporate broking team at Canaccord Genuity Limited and is a chartered accountant.

Notes:

1.         Remuneration arrangements

A statement containing the information required by Section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006 will be added to the company's website in due course. The Company also confirms that Lucy Tilley's remuneration will be in line with the Remuneration Policy adopted by the Company.

 

2.         Regulatory disclosure

The Company confirms that in respect of Listing Rule 9.6.13(R), Lucy Tilley is an executive director of MAB. There are no details to disclose in respect of Listing Rule 9.6.13R (2)-(6).
