Acquisition of Portfolio of Consumer Loans

Honeycomb Investment Trust plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has today agreed to acquire a portfolio of consumer loans (the "Portfolio") from Caledonian Consumer Finance Limited ("Caledonian") and Carnegie Consumer Finance Limited (together with Caledonian, the "Sellers") for a purchase price of £15 million. 

Caledonian is separately expected to acquire 700,000 ordinary shares in the Company from Pollen Street Capital Holdings Limited, an affiliate of the Company's Investment Manager, Pollen Street Capital Limited.
