In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision six the
board of Polar Capital Technology Trust Plc would like to notify the market of
the following:

The issued share capital of Polar Capital Technology Trust Plc consists of
133,008,914 ordinary shares with voting rights. No shares are held in Treasury.


Therefore the total number of voting rights in Polar Capital Technology Trust is
133,008,914.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Polar Capital Technology Trust
Plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
