Results of Extraordinary General Meeting

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Polar Capital Technology Trust held on
Friday 18 March the authority to make market purchases of the Company's own
shares was renewed.

In accordance with the terms of the resolution the Company may make purchases of
up to 17,805,146 ordinary shares for cancellation.

The balance of the authority granted at the Annual General Meeting has now
lapsed.
