As at close of business on Wednesday 5th October 2005 the unaudited net asset
values per share were as follows:
Undiluted NAV (warrants unexercised) 246.29 pence
Fully diluted (warrants exercised) 225.37 pence
The NAVs were calculated in accordance with the AITC formula.
The fully diluted NAV is shown for information as the warrants have effectively
expired on 30 September 2005 being the last day for the exercise of the
warrants.
