ISSUE OF ORDINARY SHARES ON CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

Polar Capital Technology Trust plc announces that today it has issued 94,932 Ordinary Shares following the exercise of conversion rights by 32 subscription shareholders. 

As at 31 January 2014, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 128,994,475 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each and 24,711,727 Subscription Shares of 1 pence each.

The number of shares in issue following this notification is 129,089,407 Ordinary Shares and 24,616,795 Subscription Shares.
