Polar Capital Technology Trust plc announces that today it has issued 254 Ordinary Shares following the exercise of conversion rights by one subscription shareholder. 

As at 29 February 2012, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 127,737,910 ordinary shares of 25 pence each and 25,268,292 subscription shares of 1 pence each 

The shares in issue following this notification are 127,738,164 Ordinary Shares and 25,268,038 Subscription Shares.
