Warrant Conversion

Further to the announcement made on 9 October 2000, the Company
announces  that  it  has made applications to  the  UK  Listing
Authority  and the London Stock Exchange for the  admission  to
the  Official  List  of  817,373  ordinary  shares  arising  on
conversion  of  warrants.   These shares  were  allotted  on  9
October 2000.
