                  Statement re Compliance with the Model Code


In accordance with Listing Rule 15.5.1(4) Polar Capital Technology Trust ('the
Company') announces that it is satisfied that all inside information which the
Directors and the Company may have had in periods leading up to an announcement
of results has previously been notified to a RIS and accordingly the Company
need not comply with the provisions of the close period provisions of the Model
Code in relation to the Company's shares during the period to the announcement
of the half-year results.


The close period commenced on 01 November and is expected to end with the
publication of the half year results on 12 December 2007.
