Annual Report and Notice of 2011 Annual General Meeting

On 16 June 2011 PCTT announced its final results for the year ended 30 April 2011.  This announcement contained regulated information in relation to the annual report and financial statements required to be made public in unedited full text by Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.

PCTT now announces that the full Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 April 2011 together with a circular containing the notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 4 August 2011 at 12 noon has been dispatched to shareholders.

Copies of the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be shortly available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
