Polar Capital Technology Trust plc announces that application has been made to
the London Stock Exchange plc and UK Listing Authority for the admission to the
Official List of 4,817 ordinary shares of 25p each.  These shares, which rank
pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, have been allotted
following the exercise of the Company's warrants.



Following the exercise of the warrants the number of ordinary shares in issue is
149,000,162 and the number of warrants in issue is 27,140,659.
