Notice of Results

Polar Capital Holdings plc ("Polar Capital" or the "Company"), the specialist asset management group, expects to announce its Preliminary Results for the 12 months ended 31 March 2016 on 24 June 2016.

There will be a presentation for analysts on the day of the results at 9.30am London time at Polar Capital's offices, 16 Palace Street, London, SW1E 5JD.

A copy of the presentation will be made available on the Company's website www.polarcapital.co.uk from 7.30am on 24 June 2016.

The Company's half year results reported that the Board was considering the possibility of bringing forward the second interim dividend from July 2016 to March 2016. Following further discussion the Board has decided to follow the usual pattern of payments and declare its second interim dividend for the year ended 31 March 2016 on 24 June 2016. The second interim dividend will therefore be paid on 15 July 2016 to shareholders on the register on 1 July 2016.  The shares will trade ex-dividend from 30 June 2016.
