Notice of Preliminary Results

Polar Capital Holdings plc (the "Company"), the specialist asset management group, expects to announce its Preliminary Results for the 12 months ended 31 March 2014 on Friday 20 June, 2014.

There will be a presentation for analysts on the day of the results at 9.30 am London time at 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HD. 

A copy of the presentation will be made available on the Company's website www.polarcapital.co.uk from 7.30 am on Friday 20 June, 2014.
