Issue of equity

The Company announces that 1,292,320 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each have been
issued and allotted following the exercise of options. Application has been made
for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to
commence on 26 February 2007.

The Company now has 64,724,320 voting shares in issue, none of which are held in
treasury.
