NOTIFICATION OF A MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES

Pursuant of Rule 17 Schedule Five of the AiM Rules, the Company has been notified on 30^th June 2015 that on the same day, Mr Robert Gurner has transferred for nil consideration his entire shareholding of 8,290,066 shares representing 9.28% of the Company's issued ordinary shares to Fianchetto Limited.

Mr Robert Gurner is the sole shareholder in Fianchetto Limited and retains his full beneficial interest in the shares.
