Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that John Mansell, a director of the Company, has
exercised options to acquire 344,760 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each ('
Ordinary Share'). Mr Mansell now holds 1,880,000 Ordinary Shares being 2.9% of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
