Issue of equity



The Company announces that 40,000 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each have been
issued and allotted following the exercise of options. Application has been made
for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to
commence on 16 July 2007.


The Company now has 66,942,360 voting shares in issue, none of which are held in
treasury.
