SUBSCRIPTION SHARES - Application for cancellation of listing

The Company announces that, further to the announcement dated 29^th January 2014 relating to the suspension of the listing of the Subscription Shares, an application has now been made for the Subscription Shares to be cancelled from the standard listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and permanently removed from trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00am on 18 March 2014.
