Dispatch of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

On 16 December 2016 PCGH announced its final results for the year ended 30 September 2016.

PCGH now announces that the full Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2016, the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 31 January 2017 at 12 noon and the proxy card have been posted to shareholders.

Copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be shortly available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. They can also be viewed on the Company's website at www.polarcapitaltglobalhealthcare.co.uk.
