Transaction in own shares

On 16 March 2020, the Company agreed to buy back 65,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 82.4 pence per ordinary share. The Ordinary Shares bought back will be held in treasury.

As a result of the above transaction, the Ordinary Shares in issue and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:

Number of Ordinary Shares in issue (including those held in Treasury):	202,775,000
Number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury:	65,000
Total Voting Rights attaching to Ordinary Shares in issue:	202,710,000
