Polar Capital Global Financials Trust plc (the "Company")

Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)/Persons Closely Associated (PCAs)

The Company was notified on 21 March 2022 that Ms Katrina Hart, a Non-executive Director, sold 11,851 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an aggregated price of 168.78p per share and then subsequently purchased 11,746 ordinary shares at an aggregated price of 169.31 per share. The purpose of the sale and purchase was to effect a transfer of these shares into her personal ISA account, an action that would ordinarily be undertaken directly by Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) without any market participation however, due to a suspension in transfer services by HL this service is not currently available. Following this transaction, Ms Hart is interested in a total of 51,595 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
