The Company was notified on 18 March 2022 that Mrs Cecilia McAnulty, Non-executive Director, bought 40,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company at an aggregated price of 168.50p per share. Following this transaction, Mrs McAnulty is interested in a total of 40,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
