In accordance with LR9.6.14R, Dr. Margaret Amos, Non-Executive Director of Pod Point, has notified the Company that she has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Volution Group plc ("Volution") with effect from 10 March 2022. Margaret has also been appointed a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees of Volution.
