Plexus Holdings plc ('the Company') announces that it received notification
today that on 25 June 2007, Skye Investments Limited, a company controlled by Mr
Robert Adair, Director, bought 1,422,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 43 pence
per share. This brings Mr Adair's total holding to 2,961,000 which represents
3.69% of the Company's Total Voting Rights.
