Plaza Centers N.V. ('Plaza') is pleased to confirm that it will announce interim
results for the six months to 30 June 2007 on Wednesday 29 August 2007.

This is a change to the date of 30 August 2007 as previously notified to
shareholders in the Company's announcement of 30 July 2007.

A conference call for analysts will be held at 9am on Wednesday 29 August 2007.
