Granting of Options

The Company announces that on 21 May 2008, Avigur Zmora, a director of Company was granted 500,000 options over Playtech Limited ordinary shares at an exercise price of US$10.54 per share which will vest one fourth on each of 21 May 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.
