Notice of Interim results

Playtech, (LSE:PTEC) the international designer, developer and licensor of software and services for the online, mobile and land-based gaming industry, will issue its Interim results for the six months to 30 June 2012 on Thursday 30 August 2012.

The Company will hold a presentation for analysts at 9.30 am on Thursday 30 August at the Lincoln Centre, 18 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London, WC2A 3ED.

The presentation shall be webcast live and is accessible via the corporate website at http://playtech.com/html/page/investors.

An on demand replay will also be available on the Playtech website following the presentation.
