       Notice of Preliminary Results for the Year Ended 31 December 2006


Playtech (AIM: PTEC), the international designer, developer and licensor of
software for the online and land-based gaming industry, will announce its
Preliminary Results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2006 on Wednesday 28
February 2007.


The fourth quarter trading update will be incorporated within the Preliminary
Results statement.
