Further to a statement made in the Financial Times on 12 March 2007, Playtech
would like to clarify the nature and scope of the licensing agreement that it
has signed with Foundation to supply Peer to Peer gaming software within China.


Playtech is to supply electronic competition gaming software to the Chinese
market and the software will be used in electronic tournament competitions that
are fully compliant with current national legislation.


Playtech looks forward to updating the market with further detail on this
contract in the near future.
