The Company was notified today  that on 14 June 2007, Mr Tom Hall, a director 
of the Company, transferred 1,500,000 shares to an unrelated third party for 
whom he has held such shares on trust and has sold a further 70,000 shares in 
the market at 399.25p per share.

As a result of the above transactions, Mr Hall now holds an interest in 480,000
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.22% of the voting rights attaching 
to shares of the Company.
