The Company was notified today that Mr. Tom Hall, a director of the Company, 
sold 100,000 shares at 354 pence per share on 14th September 2007 and a further
90,000 shares at 354 pence per share on 17th September 2007.

As a result of the above transactions, Mr. Hall now has an interest in 190,000
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.09% of the voting rights attaching
to shares of the Company.
