The Company received notification today from Gartmore Investment Limited,
Gartmore Investment Fund Managers Limited and Gartmore Global Partners Limited,
that, by virtue of a purchase of 10,000 ordinary 1pence shares of the Company
('Ordinary Shares') on 9 August 2005 at 45 pence, they hold 3,009,560 Ordinary
Shares representing 10.005 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
